Extremely helpful

I chose an e-liquid which was incorrect for the vape I was ordering but Alex from Vapeology contacted me and based on what else I had ordered asked if I was sure about the product I had ordered. Once we established that I had indeed ordered the wrong product he made a suggestion based on a product that my son had gotten from another vape store and it was spot on. Well done Alex!
