Warranty Disclaimer/Liability Limitation

We at Vapeology Ltd are not liable for any damages that result from products such as chargers, atomizers, mechanical mods, batteries, or any other electronics that are used in conjunction with these products. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, Vapeology Ltd offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of batteries due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk.

We recommend that you do intense research on each product before purchasing. Please make sure you know how to learn all the safety rules for all batteries, rebuildable atomizers, advanced devices or any other products that we sell. Due to the nature of these products, they are not guaranteed in term of leaking and other variables such as taste, vapor production and more. Vapeology Ltd does not take any responsible for any risk of using the products.

Your Account

When you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your account as well as your password. You agree to accept all responsibility for the activities that occur within your account and password. Vapeology Ltd is not responsible for any misuse of your account. Vapeology Ltd only sell to legal age adults of smoking age, who can purchase using credit card or any type of payments. If you are under the legal age, Vapeology Ltd will have the right to refuse service and terminate all of the accounts immediately.

Shipping and Handling

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible once payment is received. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. While we endeavour to use reliable couriers and postal services, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of NZPost, AusPost, DHL, Posthaste or any other courier companies are not the responsibility of Vapeology Ltd and must be resolved by contacting them directly.

Risk of Loss

All of your purchases from Vapeology Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Term and Termination

When accessing this site or completing registration or shopping access, you are applicable to all of these terms and conditions. Vapeology Ltd may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason.

Return/Refund Policy

Our customers and their satisfaction are the most important thing to us! If the item you have purchased from us is defective when you receive it, you have 30 days to return it to us from the date it was shipped to you. For safety and sanitary reasons, we will not accept the return of the following items: RBA, RDA, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips and e-liquids. Loyalty Program

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent or applied to past purchases. Loyalty Points can only be used towards a future purchase at Vapeology Ltd.

International Orders

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Vapeology Ltd is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stopped by the authorities, or for additional taxes and tariffs on international shipments. Customers are responsible for the payment of any taxes or tariffs that may apply. Customers are responsible for their orders and by purchasing from this site you acknowledge that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments. Please contact your local authorities for more rules and regulations in regards to electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

Typographical Errors

In the event that Vapeology Ltd mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, typos or any information regarding to any product or any page, Vapeology Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vapeology Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Vapeology Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vapeology Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Battery Warning

Caution: When working or handling with all rechargeable batteries, there are always risk due to its characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Please make sure that you have enough knowledge on Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable cells in charging, discharging, assembly, storing as well as under any circumstances. Always pay careful attention when batteries are being charged. Never leave any batteries or chargers unattended while in use. Always charge batteries on fire-proof surface and prevent charging on wood or carpet surface. Vapeology Ltd is not responsible for any damage of any modification to the batteries or charges in any shape or form. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries.
