We process your order and book the courier the same day we receive payment.

Please be aware that online bank transfers sometimes do not come through the same day and our standard courier service has a 12pm cut-off time, so any payments we receive after that may be sent the following business day.

Please note: Online bank transfer payments must match the name on the shipping address.

We will send you an email notifying you when your payment has been received and courier has been booked.

Deliveries in NZ usually occur within 2 business days once a courier is booked, but we cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery time.

Please be aware that if you place an order on Friday, even if we receive payment that day, couriers will not deliver on weekends. If you require urgent, overnight or weekend delivery please contact us and we can obtain a quote for you.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace or refund those goods if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to only selling the best quality products and fully back everything we sell, so usually cover all our products under warranty for 3 months, IF they haven’t been dropped or been damaged or user error.
