We pack up your order when you place it and book the courier as soon as payment shows up on our end.

Please note that all courier companies will only ship to physical addresses and will not accept PO Box addresses.

Shipping rates are all a FLAT RATE per order.

Please use your ORDER NUMBER as your PAYMENT REFERENCE to avoid delays.

Please note that your bank account payment name MUST MATCH your order name.

NOTE: It is a NZ Post compulsory requirement that all vape shipments are Age Verified with photo ID and signed for which costs $2.60 per shipment - this is included in your shipping price

STANDARD COURIER DELIVERIES

Payment must be received before 11am courier cut off time

Note: For delivery to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island please contact us to obtain postage costs first.

We try our best to process your order and book the courier the same day we receive payment.

Please be aware that online bank transfers sometimes do not come through the same day and our standard courier service has a 11am cut-off time, so any payments we receive after that will be sent the following business day.

Please note: Online bank transfer payments must match the name on the shipping address.

We will send you an email notifying you when your payment has been received and courier has been booked.

Deliveries in NZ usually occur within 3 business days once the courier has picked up a package, but we cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery time. After receiving tracking details, if you haven't received your order after 5 business days, please reach out to us so we can contact the courier company for an update.

Please be aware that if you place an order on Friday, even if we receive payment that day, couriers will not pick up or deliver on weekends. If you require urgent, overnight or weekend delivery please contact us and we can obtain a quote for you.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for ensuring the products they order can be lawfully imported to their destination country. Customers are responsible for payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees that may be levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for ensuring there are no restrictions on them importing vape products into their country.

RETURNS

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace or refund those goods if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to only selling the best quality products and fully back everything we sell, so usually cover all our products under warranty for 3 months, IF they haven’t been dropped or been damaged or user error.
